A WORLD EVENT
This is a unique event to which we invite key figures in the fields of gastronomy and French and international wine to an auction of our Toques & Clochers wines, the proceeds of which, every year go towards renovating one of the church towers in the Limoux appellation. It is tradionally held on Palm Sunday and is presided over by a top Chef who slaves away to produce a gala dinner attended by 1000 guests. It also provides us with the ideal opportunity to launch our new vintage. The event upholds the image of the Vignerons du Sieur d’Arques and display all the ingredients that have made it a dynamic, human-scale concern : wines that have enriched our heritage and the environment and added to the true meaning of conviviality.

Our varietal wines represent the renaissance in Languedoc. We put heart, body and soul into their preparation and create premium vintages that cater to the latest consumer trends. Once again, our pioneer spirit manifests itself both in our bolder developments, such as the barrel-matured Sauvignon, and in our original blends, such as the Merlot-Grenache...
All these creations have become major successes, honoured every year with new medals and distinctions. The country wines of Languedoc are partnered with the most daring culinary dishes, much to the delight of enlightened amateurs eager to discover new sensations.
